ABOUT THE CAMP:
Campers will learn fundamental skills essential for lacrosse that include: catching, throwing, and shooting. In addition to fundamental skills, campers will engage in fun and competitive drills to teach offensive and defensive concepts. The goal of the camp is to provide a positive experience for campers to learn new skills, develop new connections and grow their love for the game.
CAMP STAFF:
Karli Gilbert recently finished her second season as the Souderton High School Girl's Lacrosse Varsity Head Coach. She went to Boyertown Area High School where she was a 3 year varsity player and 2x PAC10 Champion. She went on to play D2 lacrosse at Lock Haven University. After he playing career was over, she went into college coaching where she served as an assistant coach at two D1 schools - Butler University (IN) and Furman University (SC). She now resides in PA and is the Director of Recruiting for True Lacrosse.
Riley Knize played 4 years of Souderton lacrosse and field hockey, earning all-league honors in both sports and ending her Souderton lacrosse career with 98 goals. Riley is an incoming junior at Bloomsburg University and is playing lacrosse. Reiley has been playing lacrosse for 14 years and coaching for 6 years.
