All classes listed will be held at the Indian Valley YMCA located at 890 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA 19438
Classes run weekly at times listed. Cost is $90 for 10 classes. Register and pay online through SASD Community Education and you will waive the "Program Fee" from the YMCA. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to check in at the reception desk. No Gold Card.
*This class will gently move your whole body through a complete series of yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
