All classes listed will be held at the Indian Valley YMCA located at 890 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA 19438

Classes run weekly at times listed.  Cost is $90 for 10 classes. Register and pay online through SASD Community Education and you will waive the "Program Fee" from the YMCA. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to check in at the reception desk.  No Gold Card.

*this fitness program combines Latin and international music with dance moves.  Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
