All classes listed will be held at the Indian Valley YMCA located at 890 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA 19438

Classes run weekly at times listed.  Cost is $90 for 10 classes. Register and pay online through SASD Community Education and you will waive the "Program Fee" from the YMCA. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to check in at the reception desk.  No Gold Card.

*Very intense form of interval training! Short bursts of cardiovascular drills combined with strength exercises done to failure.  Great for athletes and individuals that are looking for a challenge!  Don't forget your towel, water and yoga mat.
