Gear up for game time with our high-energy Kid’s Sports Fitness Program and Open Gym!
Each week, young athletes will power up their strength, boost their speed, sharpen their agility, and build unstoppable confidence—all while training with dynamic coaches who know how to bring out their best. This October through December, we’re putting the spotlight on Basketball along with getting ready for Spring Sports. The skills your child develops will give them an edge in any sport they play while building confidence and reducing the risk of injury.
Each evening will end with Open Gym time so each athlete can work on the areas they are struggling with.
