This fitness workshop features Hi/Lo Cardio,
Aerobic and Strength Training that will work all the muscle groups.
The cardio section will include a variety of heart conditioning exercises,
varying between aerobic combinations and kickboxing.
We will also focus on developing core strength
and stability in abdominals, hips and lower back.
Bring a mat, water bottle, resistance tubing bands and dumbbells weighing 5 pounds or less.
